Public discussion of the Draft Federal Law of the Russian Federation

As you know, the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the RF CCI).

As part of public consultations with representatives of the business community in order to prepare an opinion on the assessment of regulatory impact on draft regulatory legal acts carried out by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the Internal Regulations of the RF CCI, we are sending you a draft federal law "On Amendments to Article 6 of the Federal Law "On Foreign Investments in the Russian Federation" and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" (hereinafter referred to as the draft), developed by the FAS Russia.
