On consideration of amendments to TR CU 019/2011

The Association "StekloSouz" of Russia received information that the EEC Business Development Department is currently assessing the regulatory impact on the draft amendments to the technical regulation of the Customs Union "On the safety of personal protective equipment" (TR TS 019/2011) in terms of establishing forms, schemes and procedures for conformity assessment based on the Model Conformity Assessment Schemes approved by the Decision of the EEC Council dated April 18, 2018 No. 44, and a set of documents to it.

With regard to comments and suggestions submitted as part of the public discussion and rejected by the developer according to the comments in the feedback summary, please resubmit them only if there is additional argumentation (counterargument) and disagreement with the rationale for the deviation given by the developer.
