A plastic window manufacturing plant will be built in Nizhny Novgorod

The production complex is planned to be built in the Avtozavodsky district of Nizhny Novgorod. Currently, the project for planning and land surveying of the territory for the facility is undergoing public discussions. The information is published on the website of the city administration.

The complex will occupy an area of 23.5 hectares, of which 104.4 thousand square meters are allocated for the placement of the production zones themselves.

The construction of the production complex is divided into two stages. The first will include an enterprise for the production of PVC windows and doors, double-glazed windows, sandwich panels, two buildings for the manufacture of the necessary components, as well as an administrative and household building, four warehouses and a production site with a crane beam. The second stage will include two more production buildings, a warehouse and another production site.

Spektr LLC plans to build enterprises in the Avtozavodsky district of Nizhny Novgorod. In the spring of 2023, the investor was provided two land plots for lease without bidding for these purposes.
