The Russian authorities plan to rebuild the country's economy by 2030

The Russian government plans to rebuild the country's economy from exports to the domestic market by 2030. ABN reported.

This time is indicated in the documents of the strategic session of the Cabinet of Ministers on economic development. The authorities want to reduce exports in the economy from 29.8% to 22.6%. It is planned that manufacturing should become the dominant industries. Their share may grow from 5.3% to 8%.

The IT sector and science should also increase their contribution to the country's GDP. In order to achieve its goals, the government wants to launch the “accelerated adaptation” scenario for the development of the economy.
