The largest translucent structures plant has opened in Bashkiria

A new translucent structures plant with a capacity of 15,000 m² has started operating in the village of Zubovo.

This is the largest such production in the republic, which will have a positive impact on logistics and the economy for Bashkir developers. The region is seeing positive dynamics in housing commissioning: over five years, more than 10 million square meters have been commissioned, and the 2030 target indicators for housing commissioning per capita have been achieved. The program for resettlement from dilapidated housing is being successfully implemented. This year, it is planned to commission 3.125 million square meters of housing.

- In fact, each new residential building is an indicator of the economic health of the region. I thank the developers of Bashkortostan for their work in difficult conditions. We still have many tasks ahead, - noted the Prime Minister of Bashkiria Andrei Nazarov on social networks.

The government is actively working to reduce construction costs and shorten construction periods, as well as to resolve regulatory issues. The use of a cluster approach in urban development is being discussed, in particular, in the Zabelye project. The Ufa Investment and Construction Committee has already built 244 large facilities.
