In January-May 2021, the average cost of a bottle of export Georgian wine decreased by 6, 1 percent compared to the same period in 2020 and amounted to $ 2, 2.

During the reporting period, exports amounted to 36.4 million bottles, which is 15% more than in 2020, but in monetary terms, the figure increased by 8%, to 82.4 million dollars. Hence - and the average cost of a bottle in export markets.

More than 60% of Georgian wine exports go to Russia - $ 22.4 million. In addition, exports to Ukraine amounted to 4.1 million bottles (+ 11%), to Poland 2.2 million (+ 11%), to China 1.8 million (-3%), to Kazkhastan - 1 , 3 million (+ 80%).
