Sibsteklo puts into circulation digital financial assets worth 200 million rubles

Dear colleagues, we are publishing news about a member of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia, Siberian Glass LLC (“Sibsteklo”):

Siberian Glass LLC (Sibsteklo, the largest manufacturer of glass containers beyond the Urals, an asset of RATM Holding) collects applications for the placement of digital financial assets (DFA) in the amount of 200 million rubles on the Sberbank platform.

According to Sibstekl CEO Anton Mora, DFAs are issued for circulation for a period of 12 months at 19.5% per annum; monthly payment of income is provided. The funds raised will be used to replenish working capital, as well as carry out technical measures to increase the efficiency of equipment operation.

“At Sibstekl they are improving the management of financial resources and diversifying their debt portfolio,” comments Eduard Taran, president of RATM Holding. – DFAs are not yet a standard tool for industrial companies, however, interest in the tokenized securities market is growing, there are more and more issuers, which is facilitated by the availability of the issuance organization procedure. For individuals, DFA is a new mechanism for investing in the real sector of the economy, and their return is higher than that of bank deposits.
