The Saratov Institute of Glass is not only preserved, but also increases production capacity

And until recently, the fate of the enterprise hung in the balance. A technological accident brought the plant to the brink of bankruptcy. The debt to creditors reached one and a half billion rubles.

Last autumn, Vyacheslav Volodin met with employees of the glass institute, who asked for help in maintaining the enterprise.

Then Volodin noted that the country needed the oldest glass institute.

To date, a major overhaul of the equipment has been carried out, the glass firing furnace has been reconstructed and launched, increasing the production capacity by 2.5 times.
