The work of StekloSouz specialists as part of the interdepartmental working group of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia

Dear colleagues!

Currently, in accordance with the request of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation in connection with the letter of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia dated June 29, 2022 No. IM-62252/13, the specialists of the Association StekloSouz of Russia are participating in the preparation of draft resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as RLA ):

1. "On the establishment of lists of substances and items formed as a result of the economic activities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and are not products of production, which cannot be attributed to by-products of production";

2. "On the establishment of a list of types of products (goods), works, services, production, the implementation of which is carried out using a certain proportion of secondary raw materials in their composition and in respect of which the activities for their production, implementation are stimulated";

3. "On the establishment of a list of types of products (goods), the production and use of which are not allowed due to the fact that waste from the use of such products (goods) is not subject to processing and (or) disposal, or their processing and (or) disposal is difficult ".

If you are interested, please provide information for the preparation of lists for the specified legal acts. At the same time, under paragraph 3 of the letter, we ask you to clarify and supplement the list in terms of the types of products that are produced by enterprises, with the obligatory indication of the percentage of secondary raw materials used in the production of products, with justification.

Earlier, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation announced the formation of a working group (WG), which included specialists from the Association StekloSouz of Russia - the heads of the Ecology Committee of the Association StekloSouz of Russia Savin Alexey Vladimirovich (Chairman) and Lukyantsev Sergey Vyacheslavovich (Deputy Chairman ).
