StekloSouz specialists as part of the interdepartmental working group on the transition to a circular economy and the application of the EPR mechanism

Dear colleagues!

The Association StekloSouz of Russia takes an active part in the implementation of the Concept of Extended Responsibility for Producers and Importers of Goods and Packaging (ERP). Extensive joint work is being carried out with the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia), the Russian Environmental Operator (PPK REO), OOOP, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, and supervisory authorities.

Currently, by Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia dated March 29, 2022 No. 230, the interdepartmental working group on the issues of reducing the volume of production and consumption waste entering waste disposal facilities, the transition to a circular economy and the application of the mechanism of extended producer responsibility in terms of goods and packaging from glass and amendments to the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia dated December 17, 2021 No. 965 included specialists from the Committee on Ecology of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia:

- Alexey Savin, Chairman of the Committee;

- Sergey Lukyantsev, Deputy Chairman.
