As you know, the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the RF CCI).

As part of public consultations with representatives of the business community in order to prepare an opinion on the assessment of regulatory impact on draft regulatory legal acts conducted by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the Internal Regulations of the RF CCI, we are sending you a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation "On Amendments to the Implementation Rules preliminary approval of transactions and approval of the establishment of control of foreign investors or a group of persons, which includes a foreign investor, over business entities that are of strategic importance for ensuring the country's defense and state security ”(hereinafter referred to as the draft).
