As you know, the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the RF CCI).

As part of public consultations with representatives of the business community in order to prepare an opinion on the assessment of regulatory impact on draft regulatory legal acts carried out by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the Internal Regulations of the RF CCI, we are sending you a draft federal law "On Amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses in terms of liability for violation of the legislation on conducting an experiment on quotas for emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air ”(hereinafter referred to as the draft), developed by the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia.
