The production of microglass balls was launched near Bryansk.

A new enterprise has been launched in the village of Bytosh in the Dyatkovo district of the Bryansk region - here they have begun the production of microglass balls. Successfully completed commissioning with a parallel release of products. October 8, the first phase of production is working as planned.

Microglass beads are used in the manufacture of paint for road marking, they give the paint reflective properties due to the optical properties of glass. The balls are microscopic in size - the diameter is only up to 900 microns.

The new production is located in the shops of the former glass factory and is quite compact - a full-fledged production line has been mounted on an area of 1,500 square meters, which is beneficial in terms of saving energy, transportation costs, and time. Already today the company employs 35 people, with the launch of the second stage, about 40 more jobs will appear.

“The requirements for road safety, for the marking quality on federal highways, public roads are tightening, the need for reflective paint, and therefore for microglass balls, is growing. This means that the enterprise will be provided with orders, which in front of us, despite all the obstacles and difficulties - development, production growth, ”said Yury Stanislavovich Gorodnichy, Director General of the plant. Recall that the production was created by the investor - LLC Microsphere, which has successfully established itself in the market of technical glass products.
