In the second ten days of September 2023. President of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia Viktor Osipov visited the TRITON Company enterprise in the city of Shchelkovo, Moscow Region, on a working visit. Issues of cooperation were discussed.

The TRITON company is a Russian manufacturer of acrylic bathtubs, bathroom furniture, shower cabins, trays and heated towel rails. High quality requirements and good technical characteristics allowed the company to become one of the leading manufacturers on the Russian market. All products of the TRITON Company are manufactured using unique technologies, which allows them to have a number of advantages over foreign analogues.

A distinctive feature of TRITON's work is that they independently developed or adapted most of their equipment. The company's engineers have developed and manufactured vacuum forming machines, lines for automatic reinforcement of bathtubs, an air purification system from styrene, cascade-type compressor stations, glass edge processing plants, automatic drilling stations for sheet glass, glass tempering furnaces, noise reduction cabins, a fire extinguishing system and much more. other.

The owners of the company, Vasily Melnikov and Artem Safoshkin, together with a team of specialists, gave the guest a tour of the plant. They showed the steps of forming and strengthening acrylic bathtubs and trays, as well as the process of processing and tempering glass for shower enclosures.

During a visit to the enterprise, Viktor Osipov inspected the main production areas of the TRITON Company:

1). Production of acrylic bathtubs using unique specialized equipment using thermal vacuum molding;

2). Production of shower cabins.

Viktor Osipov was told that the TRITON Company is the only Russian company whose shower cabins are produced on a high-performance, full-cycle robotic line:

- glass cutting and processing,

- hardening,

- painting,

- glass bending,

- silk screen printing,

- painting of profiles and guides.

At the end of the visit, Viktor Osipov highly assessed the level of equipment of the TRITON Company, its achievements and the quality of its products.
