A stained glass production facility will be launched near Mogilev

Aluminum translucent structure production is planned for the Mogilev Free Economic Zone (FEZ). The project will be implemented by a new resident of the free economic zone, AS-Product LLC.

Production is expected to be launched within a year. The products will be used for glazing buildings and structures and will be supplied primarily to the Belarusian and Russian markets.

The company told Office Life that these products will be made to order, depending on the size, volume, and type of glass required by the customer. Specifically, the company plans to produce aluminum structures using energy-saving, sun-protective, impact-resistant, and multifunctional glass, as well as stained glass systems.

In addition, AS-Product plans to manufacture fire doors that, thanks to the use of innovative technologies, will maintain long-term fire and smoke resistance.

Recently, construction began on a large-scale oriented strand board (OSB) production facility in the Mogilev Free Economic Zone. The new resident of the free economic zone, Ultra Play OSB, plans to produce over 600,000 cubic meters of products annually. Furthermore, a Chinese glass manufacturer from Henan Province has explored the possibility of establishing production in the Mogilev FEZ.
