Response of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly within the framework of the StekloSouz Conclusion to the draft federal law No. 336427-7

Dear colleagues, good afternoon!

Considering the importance for the economy of glass container factories, draft Federal Law No. 336427-7 "On state regulation of the production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and on limiting the consumption (drinking) of alcoholic products" (in terms of regulating the production and turnover of glass consumer containers for alcoholic beverages with an ethyl alcohol content of more than 28 percent of the finished product) The StekloSouz of Russia has done a lot with the legislative authorities of the Russian Federation.

We inform you, dear colleagues, that the "StekloSouz" Association of Russia has received an official letter from the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly within the framework of the "StekloSouz" Conclusion from S.N. Ryabukhin, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Budget and Financial Markets.

Currently, the Federation Council has prepared a new Draft Federal Law, aimed at regulating the production and turnover of glass containers for alcoholic beverages, which takes into account the Conclusions of the "StekloSouz" of Russia.
