Volodin Vyacheslav Viktorovich Conclusion on the draft Federal Law No. 336427-7 "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On State Regulation of the Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcohol and Alcohol-Containing Products and on the Limitation of Consumption (Drinking) of Alcoholic Products ", submitted to the State Duma by members of the Council Federation E.V. Bushmin (during the term of office of a member of the Federation Council), S.N. Ryabukhin, V. B. Shuboy, A. V. Kutepov, A. A. Shevchenko, deputies of the State Duma P. I. Pimashkov, and .N. Sukhare th, which is included in the "package" with the draft federal law № 336807-7 «On Amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses."

The purpose of these bills is to regulate the production and turnover of glass consumer containers for alcoholic products with an ethyl alcohol content of more than 28% of the finished product, as well as the establishment of administrative responsibility of officials and legal entities for the production and (or) circulation of alcoholic products with an ethyl alcohol content of more than 28 % of the finished product, with the exception of alcoholic products exported in polymer consumer packaging (consumer packaging or packaging Application completely fabricated from polyethylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate or other polymer material) and the realization of a glass consumer container for alcoholic beverages containing ethyl alcohol more than 28% of the finished product to a person not having a license for the production, storage and delivery of produced alcohol.
