The Association "StekloSouz" of Russia received information from the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation regarding the procedure for pre-trial appeal against the decision of the control (supervisory) body.

From July 1, 2021, the Federal Law of 07/31/2020 comes into force. No. 248-FZ "On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation", according to which the procedure for pre-trial appeal of decisions of control (supervisory) bodies exercising the most common types of control (supervision) (Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, Rospotrebnadzor and etc.)

It will be possible to file a complaint against the decision of the control (supervisory) body using various forms of public communication, including official accounts of authorities in social networks, My Business centers, MFC, regional communities and public organizations, print and Internet media, TV channels and radio stations.

When filing a complaint using the electronic system of pre-trial appeal of decisions of control (supervisory) bodies, entrepreneurs will be able to track the status of the complaint and the progress of its consideration in real time, the time frame for considering the complaint, and also provide the necessary documents remotely.

The pre-trial appeal procedure should not only provide businesses with the opportunity to more quickly protect their own rights violated within the framework of control (supervision), but also allow controllers to take into account their own mistakes, which will be effectively identified in the process of pre-trial settlement of disputes.
