Sibsteklo is improving its occupational safety system

OOO Sibirskoye Steklo (Sibsteklo, one of the leading glass container manufacturers in Russia, an asset of RATM Holding) continues to develop a production culture as part of the ESG transformation of the business.

Following the consultations during a preventive visit to the plant by representatives of the State Labor Inspectorate in the Novosibirsk Region, which took place at the initiative of the company, Sibsteklo will improve the quality of the working environment, including through professional risk management. Their regular assessment and preventive measures, in which all employees are planned to participate, will help to form a conscious attitude to compliance with safety rules, which directly affects the efficiency of the business.
