At Lisma and Tsvetlite new investment projects will be implemented

Issues of ensuring the production activities of specific enterprises of the republican industry and prospects for the implementation of new investment projects were considered during working meetings with the Head of Mordovia Vladimir Volkov.

Interpharmglass LLC, in particular, is actively eyeing the glass production of Lisma. According to company president Timur Sharipov, this area is of interest, first of all, from the perspective of organizing the production of primary pharmaceutical packaging and borosilicate glass products for the needs of the pharmaceutical industry - ampoules, tubes, vials and cartridges.

Vladimir Volkov in response confirmed that at Lisma sites it is necessary to open modern facilities and create additional jobs. “It is important for us that the company actively develops, and its personnel receive decent wages,” the Head of Mordovia emphasized. The head of the region also instructed the relevant ministries to develop a mechanism for interaction with the investor for the implementation of this project.

The chairman of the board of directors of the Tsvetlit cable plant, Evgeny Burkanov, in turn, informed the Head of the Republic of Moldova that over the past six months, production volumes at the enterprise have increased by 78 percent compared to the same period last year. Labor productivity increased 2.2 times. An additional 30 people were accepted for working specialties. The achievement of such significant results was greatly facilitated by the placement of new production lines of fire-resistant cables and innovative compounds on free areas. In the future, it is planned to implement several investment projects at once (including mastering the production of broad-based armored cables) with a total value of over 400 million rubles.

When discussing these issues, the Head of the Republic noted the importance of further modernization of production and the continuation of the technical re-equipment program, taking into account the situation in the cable products market.
