The first industrial glass processing enterprise will appear in the Kuban

LLC "SV Glass" became the first external resident of the industrial park "Krasnodar" of the retail chain "Magnit". The protocol of intent was signed by the heads of the companies in the presence of the vice-governor of the Kuban, Alexander Ruppel, and the deputy head of Krasnodar, Dmitry Logvinenko, the company's press service reports.

“The signing of this trilateral agreement is a very significant event for us. There are no similar enterprises in the regional center today, and I am sure that the demand for products will be serious - not only in the city and the region, but throughout Russia, ”said Dmitry Logvinenko, Deputy Head of Krasnodar.

The company "SV Glass" will occupy an area of 2 hectares, the production capacity of the plant is 240 thousand square meters of products per year. The launch of production will create 53 new jobs. As the head of Krasnodar Andrei Aleksseno said, the city authorities have already issued a permit for the construction of industrial premises. According to the press service of the administration of the Krasnodar Territory, investments in the development of the enterprise will amount to 484 million rubles.

The resident plans to launch industrial glass processing: the company will produce single- and double-chamber double-glazed windows, tempered glass, door leaf, triplex, and plans to supply products to five regions of Russia, as well as neighboring countries.

The Krasnodar Industrial Park, for its part, will provide the resident with all the necessary infrastructure: its own energy center, cold storage centers, water intakes, and treatment facilities operate on the territory. In addition, the industrial park provides the resident with service maintenance of territories, buildings and structures.

Industrial Park "Krasnodar" was launched in 2017, it is located in the village of Dorozhny and is the largest industrial park in the Krasnodar Territory. In 2017-2019, Magnit's own investments in the industrial park amounted to RUB 10.2 billion. Currently, about 1000 jobs have been created here. In total, the retailer's industrial park with an area of 236 hectares can accommodate more than 20 different industries: food and industrial. Now two own enterprises operate on the territory - Kuban Combine of Bakery Products LLC and Kuban Confectioner.
