The Sapsan analyzer increases the efficiency of glass production. This equipment automatically controls the quality of production of products in a continuous flow using machine vision. The accuracy of the analysis is ensured by the method of diffuse irradiation of the object, camera resolution up to 70 microns, operation in a combined optical mode (reflection + transmission), visibility of the object in several spectral ranges, the use of intelligent algorithms and 2 AI.
