AGC starts production of Pyropane fire resistant glass in Klin

AGC has launched a new line for the production of fire-resistant glass Pyropane 100 in the Klinsky district near the AGC Flat Glass Wedge plant.

The localization of the production of fire-resistant products is a new step in ensuring fire safety. The enterprise in Klin, created from scratch, is equipped with innovative equipment that has no analogues on the territory of the Russian Federation, and allows us to produce unique products of the Pyropane 100 series using the patented technology of AGC, as well as to process and cut Pyrobel laminated glass as an additional service to our partners.

The production of products using European technology will provide the architectural and construction industry with high-quality fire-resistant glass, the reliability of which has been confirmed by laboratory tests, and the optimization of logistics processes associated with the supply of raw materials and finished products will help to reduce delivery times and further expand the scope of application of special safe solutions, demand which continues to grow.

AGC offers technical support at all stages of cooperation, incl. at the stage of fire tests, assistance in certification of partners, prompt deliveries, stable quality and a guarantee for products for at least 10 years.
