Commercial director of Sibstekl entered the TOP 1000 Russian managers

The TOP 1000 Russian Managers rating, organized by the Association of Managers with the support of RIA Novosti and the Kommersant publishing house, is a tool for objectively assessing the professional reputation of leading Russian senior managers and identifies the best managers in 16 of the most functional areas, focusing on the opinions of representatives of the business community . The principle of compiling the rating is “The best choose the best.”

Commercial Director of Siberian Glass LLC (the largest manufacturer of glass containers beyond the Urals, an asset of RATM Holding) Svyatoslav Perevozchikov was assessed in the category “Production of Consumer Goods”.

The top manager formed an effective order portfolio with high margins, and also introduced ESG principles into the assortment policy. The plant offers customers committed to sustainable development a value-added product – a super-light bottle. In collaboration with AB InBev Efes, the container weight, while maintaining displacement and strength, has been reduced from 265 to 235 grams, which allows the customer to reduce the carbon footprint in the supply chain per unit of product. At the same time, the distribution channels for drinks in such bottles and the methods of their promotion have not changed. In turn, Sibsteklo, by making packaging lighter, increases productivity while consuming the same amount of material resources.

In addition, Svyatoslav Perevozchikov achieved maximum sales profitability: by managing the assortment base and optimizing interaction with production departments, the number of transfers of technological lines from the production of one type of glass products to another decreased by 13%.

In conditions of turbulence, Sibstekl retained a stable client group from among the leading players in the spirits segment, international brewing giants, owners of local beer brands, water and lemonade producers. The share of glass packaging from Sibstekla in the structure of packaging supplies to customers increased by 10-15%, and the company’s share in the target market (Siberian Federal District and Far Eastern Federal District) expanded to 81% during 2022.
