Association «StekloSouz» of Russia. Meeting on interaction between industry science and production

In the second ten days of September, the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia (hereinafter SSR) held a meeting on issues of interaction between industry science and production.

The project manager for the development of scientific activities, Darya Stupina, reported on the status and capabilities of the Glass Institute JSC. She spoke in detail about the activities of the Glass Institute and its scientific potential. She answered questions of interest to the leaders of the SSR.

The meeting was chaired by Viktor Osipov, President of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia.

Opening the meeting, Viktor Osipov expressed the need to unite all the scientific potential of the glass industry in order to understand the capabilities of research and laboratory facilities.

Viktor Osipov proposed to restore horizontal ties of the scientific industry community.

The SSR decided to prepare an appeal to research institutes, universities and factories in order to determine the ability of production laboratories to provide services to third-party enterprises. Find out areas of research, plant needs and other issues.
