Association «StekloSouz» of Russia. Meeting on execution of decisions

In the second ten days of September, the Association StekloSouz of Russia (hereinafter referred to as SSR) held a meeting with the participation of the director of the department of sheet glass and industrial processing of the SSR, Andrey Gorin, and the director of the department of glass containers of the SSR, Pavel Gorshkov, on the implementation of the decisions of the joint meeting of glass factories and refractory enterprises in the SSR .

At the meeting, decisions were made, including the decision to create a catalog of the range of various types of refractories produced by Russian plants.

Olga Milevskaya presented a form for creating the specified tool. The catalog layout was also demonstrated using the example of several factories.

Currently, refractory factories have prepared and submitted source materials to the SSR to continue joint work.

Long-term planning will make it possible to determine the vector of interaction between the production and consumption of refractory products for glass factories.

The meeting participants approved the proposed material and catalog layout.

At the same time, we discussed the implementation of the decision of the general meeting dated May 17, 2023. on the state of preparation of needs for refractory products until 2030. for glass melting furnaces in terms of the full range.

Once the work is completed, consumption analysis will be sent to the refractory plants.

A model of the nomenclature for further registration by refractory plants will be sent to them by October 1, 2023 after the comments have been eliminated.
