The first garbage recycling plant opened in Omsk

The complex is capable of receiving 400 thousand tons of waste annually. Paper, glass, plastic - for the new Omsk plant it is not rubbish - recyclable materials. Everything that appears at the enterprise will be processed and sorted into 12 categories.

Sergey Shevchenko, General Director of Magnit LLC: “We will select cardboard, bags and T-shirts, which are tied in a supermarket. It will also understand the glass. Glass will be disassembled into several types, because before the glassware was taken by color. We also have to do it today. ”

Already in the form of cubes weighing tens of kilograms, the waste after sorting is ready for burial or recycling. The capacity of the plant is enough to load it with garbage from all the surrounding landfills, say the leaders. And in the spring in the Omsk region there will be one more similar enterprise. There will be no idle plants - resources for working around in bulk.
