facultative certification system

Facultative certification system "Stekloregistr" was created by United National Council of the glass industry enterprises "Steklosouz".

"Stekloregistr" was registered by "Steklosouz" at Federal agency on technical regulating and metrology, certificate number POCC RU.И 403.04 XC 00, from March, 19th 2007.

"Stekloregistr" is intended for carrying out of an objective rating and facultative product certification, manufactures and quality management systems of the enterprises and the organizations of the glass industry, and also the enterprises and the organizations on processing ore and nonmetallic materials, the mechanical engineering, providing high-grade and productive functioning of the given branch of economy, irrespective of their organizational-legal forms, patterns of ownership, an accessory, etc.

System purposes are:
• decision-making effectiveness increase at various levels of management;
• creation of confidence at customers, consumers (buyers) in quality and safety of production of the concrete manufacturer;
• creation of conditions for providing competitiveness of production on the domestic and foreign markets;
• assistance to manufacturers in systematic work by providing stable parameters of quality and safety of output production;
• increase of corporate culture;
• rational using of resources.

Within the bounds of system we can lend support to all enterprises of "Steklosouz", their partners, suppliers, consumers of their production and other interested parties with consultations and assistance concerning technical regulation (standardization, certification, including standards ISO of a series 9000 and 14000) and metrology.

We invite other facultative certification systems to collaboration; experts on product certification, quality management systems and systems of ecological management; experts of the enterprises and the organizations in certification, standardization and metrology.

We hope, that our mutually advantageous cooperation will be productive and will benefit to enterprises of "Steklosouz" and our partners, give a new impulse for development of the glass industry, render the serious help for manufacture of competitive production before the introduction of Russia into WTO.
