RECYCLERS REGISTER and attracting financing

Work on inclusion in the register of waste disposal companies and attraction of preferential financing for the modernization of enterprises in the industry (bringing into compliance).

The Association "StekloSouz" of Russia has begun work to bring waste disposal enterprises into compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law of December 29, 2014 No. 458-FZ “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On Production and Consumption Waste” and individual legislative acts of the Russian Federation.

This work is carried out within the framework of the working group under the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation (Order No. 399) in two directions:

Bringing into compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law of December 29, 2014 No. 458-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Production and Consumption Waste";
Attracting funds from extra-budgetary sources under a special banking product (with state support / state participation) for the reconstruction and modernization of enterprises, with the aim of further bringing them into compliance with the requirements of the EPR. This direction is aimed at enterprises that, at the time of submitting the Application to the REO, do not have the required equipment on the balance sheet of the enterprise and, as a result, do not meet the requirements.

Work on attracting extra-budgetary financing is carried out in pursuance of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated August 10, 2011 No. DK-P9-5670 in cooperation with the Organizing Committee of the Competition "Regions - Sustainable Development", providing preferential financing of investment projects with state support / state participation.

Preferential financing of projects using a special banking product, with reduced entry requirements and taking into account federal support programs for the modernization of glass industry enterprises, is determined in the amount of up to 10 billion rubles / 2024-2025.

To start working in this area, you must submit an application for consideration.

After that, a registration number will be assigned and an Application Curator will be appointed for practical work on preparing a standardized package of documents for inclusion.
