ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The rent for the entire lease term of a land plot, which is issued for the design and construction/reconstruction of industrial and production facilities, is set at 1 (one) ruble per year.

RATE IS SET

in the event of amendments to the land lease agreement, if such amendments provide for the design and construction/reconstruction of industrial capital construction facilities;

when providing a land plot for rent to complete the construction of an object of unfinished construction for industrial purposes; when drawing up a lease agreement for a land plot for the construction / reconstruction of industrial facilities for the implementation of large-scale investment projects.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RECIPIENTS

Objects must be created within the framework of investment projects must comply with the criteria established by Article 8.1 of the Law of the City of Moscow dated December 19, 2007 No. 48 "On Land Use in the City of Moscow".
