Plans are in place to open six new production facilities in the Kuban region between 2026 and 2027, with a total investment exceeding 7.1 billion rubles. These projects will create 600 new jobs.
An industrial glass processing plant requiring an investment of 2.13 billion rubles will be established in Krasnodar, creating 200 jobs. Future plans include increasing capacity and expanding the product range. Additionally, a glass container decoration plant costing 219 million rubles will be built in the regional capital, providing another 130 jobs.
A plant for manufacturing primary power sources (batteries) will be built in the Krymsky District at a cost of 1 billion rubles, employing 82 people.
A combine harvester plant creating 17 jobs will be established in the Ust-Labinsky District; the project involves an investment of 780 million rubles.
A facility for producing import-substituting medical products will be set up in the Seversky District. With an investment of 1.08 billion rubles, the enterprise will employ 93 people. Furthermore, plans are underway to open another medical product manufacturing plant in the same district, with an investment of 1.7 billion rubles. This will add 71 jobs, reports *Delovaya Gazeta.Yug*, citing the Krasnodar Territory Ministry of Industrial Policy.
As previously reported, six agreements on integrated territory development have been signed in Novorossiysk. These agreements provide for the construction of six schools and 10 kindergartens, according to Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
