The fire-resistant glass factory in Klin will create 50 more jobs

Fireproof glass began to be produced at the Klin plant. The enterprise was opened in the Spas-Zaulok industrial park. There are already 50 people working here, and by the end of the year the same number will be employed.

The new glass plant was launched by the Glass Service company. The project invested 330 million rubles.

As the Minister of Investments, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Yekaterina Zinovieva said, most of this amount, namely 250 million rubles, was directed to the purchase of equipment from China and Italy.

Ekaterina Zinovieva. The enterprise will produce tempered and fireproof glass. A tempering furnace was also installed to give strength and safety to the glass. It has already been equipped with a cooling ventilation unit - the only one in Russia.

Thanks to this, it is possible to temper glass with a thickness of three millimeters, which is in demand for glazing greenhouses.
