Conclusion of the StekloSouz of Russia on the draft Federal Law No. 1069677-7

In accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, "StekloSoyuz" of Russia has prepared a Conclusion on the draft federal law No. 1069677-7 "On amendments to the Federal law" On state regulation of the production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and on limiting the consumption (drinking) of alcoholic products "and Article 8 of the Federal Law" On the basis of state regulation of trade activities in the Russian Federation ”in terms of prohibiting the supply of alcoholic beverages in packaging that does not comply with the requirements of the law.

Draft Law No. 1069677-7 assumes that any glass consumer packaging produced in the territory of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the RF) must contain a designation (stamp) that allows identifying its manufacturer (manufacturer). In addition, a ban is established on the production and / or circulation of alcoholic beverages with an ethyl alcohol content of more than 6 percent of the volume of finished products in polymer consumer containers, with the exception of alcoholic beverages imported (imported) into the Russian Federation under the customs procedure of duty-free trade or produced for export purposes ( export) from Russia, as well as consumer containers with a volume of not more than 50 milliliters.
