Exhibitions interplastica and upakovka will be held under new names - RUPLASTICA and UPAKEXPO

The organizers of the international specialized exhibition of plastics and rubbers interplastica and the exhibition of packaging equipment and ready-made packaging solutions upakovka have announced a change of names. Now these well-known events will be held under the brands RUPLASTICA and UPAKEXPO, respectively.

The RUPLASTICA and UPAKEXPO exhibitions will be held on the scheduled dates - from January 24 to 27, 2023. Thanks to many years of experience in the Russian and foreign exhibition markets, the organizer will not only maintain the level of preparation and holding of events, but will also offer its participants and visitors even greater opportunities and new prospects for business development.

RUPLASTICA is the largest event in the industry and a unique tool that creates favorable conditions for interaction between business partners, demonstration of innovative solutions, specialized technologies and equipment, as well as their implementation in a diverse workflow of the polymer industry.

In January 2023, RUPLASTICA will again demonstrate the stability of its site, ready to always remain an integral part of the entire industry of polymer and processing materials and technologies.

Following the global trends in the recycling and recycling of waste, in the concept of RUPLASTICA 2023, great attention will be paid to the segment of recycling and disposal of waste in the specialized project RECYCLING SOLUTIONS. As part of this direction, leading companies will demonstrate their technologies that contribute to the development of this industry in Russia, and there will also be a business program in which experts will share best practices and achievements of their companies.

In turn, the new UPAKEXPO brand not only highlights the key trends in the development of the packaging industry, but also meets the current needs of both the Russian and international packaging markets. UPAKEXPO focuses on three main areas of the industry: packaging equipment and finished packaging, filling technologies and printing for the production of packaging and labels. The exhibition continues to adapt to the new reality and remains an effective b2b platform for promoting business, exchanging experience and information about new technologies and modern equipment for the packaging industry. At the same time, the usual format of the exhibition is preserved.

The principle of "unification" of exhibition events creates the best conditions for specialists to search for individual and complex solutions within several related industries at once. The main format of events will only be “strengthened” due to a well-coordinated industry chain of production: from raw materials to ready-made packaging solutions, packaging and polymer equipment, the latest technologies, and will also be supplemented by recycling technologies. Every year in January, the exhibitions attract about 17,000 professional visitors from 60 countries.
