Dear colleagues, we are publishing news about the member of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia, LLC "Microelectronic Technologies Plant":
The Russian glass container industry is a high-tech sector of the economy and permanently generates a demand for new equipment to improve technological processes and increase the quality of manufactured glass products. Since 2022, this trend has intensified to the maximum, there is a need to introduce analogues of European, Japanese, American equipment that has left the Russian market.
LLC "Microelectronic Technologies Plant", continuing the tradition established in 2001, for the production of devices and installations for quality control of glass containers, is ready to give its answer to this challenge.
At the moment, the company is developing a whole line of innovative equipment: devices, installations and inspection machines. Below we will tell about the devices and installations, later we will continue the story about inspection machines, namely about the inspection machine for quality control of glass containers on the MIT-1 conveyor line, the inspection machine for quality control of glass containers on the MIVD-1 conveyor line, the inspection machine for quality control of glass containers in the MILT-1 quality control department.
- IT-GP hot coating thickness gauge for glass containers. The device will allow monitoring the quality and thickness of hot strengthening coating application on glass containers without index liquid, the accuracy of readings is planned to be higher than that of foreign analogues. The delivery set will include a set of standards for calibration. The measuring principle of the device is based on spectral reflection. Light is emitted from the head and reflected by the hot coating. The greater the coating thickness on the surface of the glass product, the more light is reflected to the sensor inside the measuring head. It is planned to include IT-GP in the State Register of SI of Russia:
- Two-position hydrostatic pressure testing unit for glass containers UIS-GD2P. The unit will allow testing large samples of glass containers at high speed, and simultaneously testing various glass container samples (glass bottles, glass jars) due to the presence of two testing chambers. In UIS-GD2P, each test chamber has an independent hydraulic system; if one of the chambers fails, it will be possible to continue working in the second chamber. A mathematical model is planned in the software for the unit, which will allow testing glass products according to Method A not for the strictly regulated 60 seconds, but for a shorter period of time. The software provides flexible adjustment of test parameters for each chamber: operating time, volume, filling time, selection of different pressures for each chamber:
- Installation for testing glass containers for water resistance UIS-V. The compact installation will allow testing glass products for water resistance, if necessary, it can be moved. UIS-V is designed for holding glass containers in boiling water when testing glass containers for water resistance of the inner surface according to GOST 13905:
- Non-ferromagnetic materials thickness gauge IT-2. The device will be able to control the wall and bottom thickness of glass containers in the range from 0.05 to 25 mm. The device will be heat-stabilized, which will allow working without loss of quality both in the quality control department and in the workshop. Control samples will be in the form of cylinders with glass inside, which will speed up work with them. IT-2 will start using constant resistors, a pulse power supply will be introduced, the transformer in the device body will be eliminated, all this will provide more accurate and stable readings:
