In Yoshkar-Ola, on Tatyana’s Day, the exhibition «The Magic of Perfume» will open

In the National Library. S.G. Chavaina in Yoshkar-Ola on January 25, in honor of Tatiana’s Day, the exhibition “The Magic of Perfume” will open.

Yoshkarolina Tatyana Vasilyeva will present her perfume collection of bottles.

— Collecting perfume glassware is one of the youngest types of collecting. Previously, bottles were designed by famous sculptors and made by famous glass factories. Labels and boxes were created by the largest artists and illustrators of that time - Salvador Dali, Leonor Fini, Fulco di Verdura, Jean Dupas. Perfume bottles were made of crystal, silver, and decorated with engraving and enamel. Perfume lovers can collect lines of certain brands, or all the flankers of a particular scent, or vintage bottles, or even empty bottles - they talk about an unusual type of hobby in the library.

Tatyana Vasilyeva's collection is represented by bottles of many famous brands, both Russian and foreign.

At the opening of the exhibition, visitors will also be given a master class on making sachets. It will be shown by master Natalya Baykova.

The exhibition will be open until March 25.
