Large investment projects will be implemented in Tver and Konakovsky district

The issue of allocating land for the implementation of large investment projects in the Upper Volga region was considered at an expanded meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Land Relations under the Government of the Tver Region, which was chaired by Governor Igor Rudenya on July 23.

“Issues of land relations are one of the key factors in the successful socio-economic development of our region. We have set ourselves the task of optimizing the work of the agro-industrial complex, enterprises, creating new jobs, ”said the head of the region.

The Agrofirma Dmitrova Gora company is implementing a new investment project in the Konakovsky district. On the territory of the Ruchyi village, it is planned to build a specialized farm for raising pedigree young cattle of dairy breeds.

In the Zavolzhsky district of Tver, it is planned to implement a project to expand the production of a glass factory of the company "GlaCem". It is planned to reconstruct the warehouse building to accommodate an additional line with a glass forming machine.

The total investment in the implementation of the two projects will amount to more than 1.1 billion rubles, it is planned to create 35 new jobs.

Also at the meeting, a decision was made on the provision of land plots for the implementation of recreational projects in the municipalities of the Upper Volga region.

So, in the Kashinsky urban district, it is planned to place a tourist base. Arched rest houses will be created on the territory, landscaping will be carried out, sports and playgrounds will be installed, road and path networks will be equipped.

In addition, the meeting discussed the state and use of the lands of the Upper Volga region in 2020. Nikolai Frolov, head of the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Tver Region, made a presentation. The government of the Tver region, together with the regional office of Rosreestr and municipal administrations, has strengthened control over the intended use of land, and a single, accessible bank of free plots is being formed. This work allows us to provide transparent and understandable conditions for the provision of land resources for citizens and investors who come to the Tver region.
