The first tempered glass production in the region was launched in Primorye

The information distributed by the press service of the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV) states that the company Rev-Stroyprom (RSP) LLC, a resident of the Nadezhdinskaya Advanced Development Territory (TOR) in Primorye, has commissioned production tempered glass and products from it. It is the only one in the region.

The enterprise will produce 24,000 square meters of products per month. All of it will find application in construction in the Far East. A total of 56.5 million rubles was invested to implement the project.

According to Yevgeny Ruban, the head of the RSP company, this is the first production of this kind in the Primorsky Territory and the second in the Far East as a whole. Here they mastered the production of tempered glass. But not only. Here they make double-glazed windows from it, which have a variety of energy-saving or reflective characteristics. Windows and stained-glass windows are also made here.

The products are used in the construction of residential buildings, office buildings, social infrastructure facilities, industrial enterprises in the Far Eastern Federal District. This glass is also well suited for glazing greenhouses and facades.

Under an agreement with the KRDV, 56.5 million rubles were invested in the project. Funds were allocated to build and equip the enterprise with modern production equipment. At the next stages of project development, the volume of investments will increase to 87 million rubles. Currently, 35 new jobs have been organized in production. In the future, the number of employees will reach 40 people.

We emphasize that it was possible to implement the project and put into operation an important production for the development of the region due to the benefits and preferences of the regime of the territory of advanced development (TOR). KRDV provided land and infrastructure support. So it was possible to increase the economic parameters of the project. The commissioned enterprise is significantly supported by insurance premiums, reduced to 7.6 percent. The resident has the opportunity to use the benefit for 10 years.

According to Yevgeny Nikolaychuk, Deputy General Director of the KRDV for Construction and Infrastructure, the provision of land for the project and the provision of infrastructure have become significant measures of state support for investors who implement projects in the advanced development areas of the Far East. These preferences, as well as tax incentives and comprehensive support from the KRDV, provide an opportunity to put new production into operation in the shortest possible time and at a cost that is much less for investors.
