In Klin, a glass processing company launched the production of doors, windows and facades

The Glass Service company, which specializes in glass processing, has launched the production of translucent aluminum structures in the Klin district - windows, doors, facades and fireproof partitions. Investments in the project exceeded 125 million rubles, of which 52.6 million rubles in the form of a soft loan under the Development Projects program was provided by the Federal Industry Development Fund (FDF), the press service of the Ministry of Investment of the Moscow Region reports.

“The capacity of the new production is up to 240 thousand square meters. meters of finished products per year. In their manufacture, mainly Russian raw materials and components are used. Thanks to the new production, 150 new jobs have been created at the enterprise. Production in the Moscow region is aimed at full import substitution of these products,” commented Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Investments, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.

Previously, the company produced only glass. Now, with the support of the FRP, the enterprise has set up its own conveyor assembly of windows, doors, facades and fireproof partitions made of aluminum profiles, which are vertical structures mounted inside buildings to prevent the spread of fire.

The implementation of the project is consistent with the goals and objectives of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" in terms of introducing advanced technologies in design and construction.

“We can produce, for example, up to 200 windows per day – this is one of the largest volumes in Russia. Aluminum structures, compared to plastic structures, have greater light transmission, and besides, they are more environmentally friendly, more durable, lighter and easier to install,” explained Mikhail Oganesyan, Commercial Director of Glass Service LLC.

Glass Service LLC has been on the market since 2020 and is engaged in a full cycle of industrial processing of sheet glass and the manufacture of aluminum windows, doors and facades. The company's products are used for glazing building facades, shop windows, office partitions, as well as for the production of glass furniture and commercial equipment.

The consumers of Glass Service products are construction industry enterprises that build housing and commercial buildings. Among them are such developers as PIK, FSK, Krost. In addition, the company supplies windows for the construction and reconstruction of Moscow polyclinics.
