A workshop for import-substituting glass production will be built in Chelyabinsk

The Chelyabinsk administration has decided to prepare design documentation for the construction of a workshop for "innovative import-substituting production of glass and glass products" within the boundaries of Artilleriyskaya and Mekhanicheskaya streets, the Meridian highway and a local road in the Kalininsky district within a year. The corresponding order was published on the city administration website.

The enterprise will be a one-story industrial building with an area of up to 1.4 thousand square meters with a metal frame. The initiator of the project was Trade-Khim LLC, which will finance the development of design documentation and engineering surveys.

According to SPARK-Interfax, Trade-Khim LLC was registered in 2022. The founder and director is Evgeny Selyutin. Revenue for 2023 is 150.4 million rubles, net profit is 16.3 million rubles. The company is engaged in the wholesale trade of chemical products.
