New tempered glass production facility opened in Buryatia

On October 2, a new tempered glass production facility opened in the capital of Buryatia. The company manufactures glass that is four times stronger than regular glass. It is safe for humans even if it is completely destroyed - it crumbles into small pieces with blunt edges that are not capable of injuring a person.

Tempered glass is called "stalinite".

The organization received a preferential targeted loan from the Guarantee Fund of Buryatia (Regional Industrial Development Fund). The funds from the targeted loan were used to purchase a horizontal washing machine for mechanical washing and drying of sheet glass; a horizontal CNC edge grinding center; a furnace for tempering flat glass.

Also, with the support of the regional engineering center of the Guarantee Fund of Buryatia (the "My Business" center), a business plan was made to obtain a targeted loan. All support measures were provided within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship".

The nearest similar production facility in the Far East is located in Khabarovsk.
