Glassware factory to be built in Armavir

The project for the creation of an import-substituting production of composite glass from the Regional Industrial Development Fund will allocate 200 million rubles.

The decision to grant a preferential loan was made by the Expert and Supervisory Boards of the fund. They include heads of the regional Ministry of Industrial Policy, the largest industry associations, banks and leading enterprises in the region.

- The project for the construction of a plant for the production of glassware and glass products is being implemented by the Gornitsa enterprise. The company has been working in the regional market for a long time, producing cast aluminum cookware. This is a full-cycle production, where up to 200 thousand units of products are produced monthly. At the first stage, the enterprise plans to produce lids made of heat-resistant borosilicate glass. To date, the share of imports of such products in the Russian market exceeds 50 percent, - said Dmitry Khmelko, Minister of Industrial Policy of the region.

The head of the department added that initially the manufacturer intends to invest about 800 million rubles. Of these, 200 million rubles will be provided under the Import Substitution program at a rate of 0.1% per annum.

Also, the Expert Council of the Fund approved the applications of the RPT, Proff-Stal, Arcadia and TiKKom Kuban enterprises.

Under the Development Projects (Regional Financing) program, the Krasnodar footwear manufacturer RPT will receive more than 84 million rubles for the purchase of industrial equipment and raw materials. The Kurganinsk enterprise Proff-Stal will carry out technical re-equipment of the production of building profiles and components with the attraction of a preferential loan in the amount of 5 million rubles.

Thanks to loan financing in the amount of 5 million rubles under the Priority program, the footwear manufacturer Arcadia will purchase raw materials and materials for the production of finished products.

Under the Pishchevik program, almost 30 million rubles will be provided to the Timashevsk confectionery plant Kuban. The enterprise is modernizing the technological line for the production of long-term storage biscuits.

- Since the beginning of this year, the Fund has financed 16 projects for 393 million rubles. These are enterprises of mechanical engineering, metalworking, chemical, light, food industries, furniture and woodworking industries. Under the Import Substitution program, loans were provided to two enterprises. With state support, the production of components and accessories for grease cartridges, which are not currently produced in Russia, will be launched in the Seversky District. The production of high-tech equipment for processing fruits and vegetables and the production of fruit and vegetable juices will be launched in the Timashevsk district, - said Dmitry Tsaplev, director of the regional Industrial Development Fund.
