Mechanical impact load testing unit for glass containers UIS-U (M)

Microelectronic Technologies Plant LLC has developed new equipment UIS-U (M) for the benefit of glass factories and food production in Russia and the CIS. The mechanical UIS-U (M) glass container impact testing unit is the Russian equivalent of the Impact Tester (USA AGR).

UIS-U (M) is designed to conduct impact testing of glass bottles/jars and other glass containers that meet the requirements of GOST 32131 and GOST 5717.1. Using the unit guarantees high accuracy and reproducibility of test results.

⦿ Functions:

• Impact point adjustment: The support table can be moved vertically and horizontally manually to fine-tune the impact point.
• Setting impact parameters: Users can set the impact energy in the range from 0.02 to 3.20 J, which allows them to study the resistance of products to various levels of impact load.
