CCI on the issue of certificates of force majeure

Dear colleagues!

We inform you that in connection with the pandemic declared by the World Health Organization due to the outbreak of a new coronavirus infection COVID-2019 and the introduction of prohibitive and restrictive measures by regulatory bodies of state power, the CCI of the Russian Federation decided to organize subjects of the Russian Federation with chambers of commerce and industry March 26, 2020, work on the issuance of Conclusions on force majeure circumstances under contracts concluded between Russian business entities and related to such giving consultations, on a free basis.

The specified work is carried out for all legal forms of organizations and entrepreneurs.

Starting March 26, 2020, the Russian CCI issues certificates of force majeure in accordance with the terms of foreign trade transactions and international treaties also free of charge.
