Top managers of RATM Holding are again included in the TOP-1000 Russian managers

The 25th rating of the "TOP-1000 Russian managers", compiled by the Association of Managers with the support of the publishing house "Kommersant" and RIA Novosti, included the CEO of OOO "Sibirskoye Steklo" ("Sibsteklo", one of the leading manufacturers of glass containers in Russia, an asset of RATM Holding) Anton Mor, the Director of Logistics of OOO "Sibirskoye Steklo" Dmitry Misko and the Deputy CEO - Advisor on Strategic Communications of RATM Holding Irina Baibarovich.

The only inter-industry and multifunctional rating of the professional reputation of managers in Russia is based on the principle "the best choose the best": the experts are representatives of the business community, evaluating the achievements of individuals, not companies.

The TOP-250 senior managers included Anton Mor, who implemented initiatives for the sustainable development of Sibsteklo based on the ESG ideology, including building a model "from processing to recycling of glass waste" within the perimeter of the production site. The TOP-20 directors of logistics and supply chains included Dmitry Misko, who reoriented the plant to cooperation with mining companies from the Siberian Federal District, thanks to which the carbon footprint during the transportation of mineral resources was reduced by more than half. The list of the TOP-80 directors of public and corporate relations included Irina Baibarovich, who ensured the promotion of Sibsteklo's interests along the decision-making funnel within the framework of a long-term strategy that correlates with the goals of the federal project "Closed Cycle Economy". - Expert recognition of these achievements, one way or another connected with the "green" agenda, testifies to the due attention of industry communities to environmental issues, in particular, the creation of a solid municipal waste management system, - noted Eduard Taran, President of RATM Holding. - Behind the results of "Sibsteklo" are specific people who organize teamwork in their areas: broadcasting the company's values, in interaction with partners, authorities and society, our leaders offer optimal solutions that, based on advanced practices, allow us to increase the efficiency of business processes and reduce the burden on the environment.
