Subsidies for participants in industrial clusters

The Association "StekloSouz" of Russia received information that the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has developed and posted, as part of the public discussion procedure on the website www.regulation.gov.ru, a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation “On amendments to the Rules for the provision of subsidies from the federal budget to participants in industrial clusters for reimbursement of part of the costs when implementing joint projects for the production of industrial products of the cluster for the purpose of import substitution” (hereinafter referred to as the project).

In particular, the project proposes to expand the concept of “cluster industrial products for the purpose of import substitution.”
