The glass enterprise LLC PK «ELGLASS» in Elektrostal became a participant in the national project

Dear colleagues, we are publishing news about a member of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia LLC PK "ELGLASS":

The meeting timed to coincide with the start of the national project "Labor Productivity" was held at the Elglass production complex in the Electrostal. This enterprise produces glass bottles, which are further used for bottling drinks.

Participation in the national project should help the staff of the enterprise to reduce the time of the process by at least 48 percent, reduce work in progress by 60 percent and increase output at the workplace by more than a quarter. Such a task is set for employees by the management of the production complex.

Assistance in the implementation of the national project will be provided by specialists from the regional competence center of the Moscow Region. First of all, the working group, which includes specialists from this center and employees of Elglass PC, will diagnose the production flow and identify the main losses. Then an action plan will be developed to increase labor productivity in the selected area.

The company's employees will also be trained in the basic tools of the 5C lean manufacturing system, according to which all successful modern enterprises now operate.

The national project "Labor Productivity" was approved by the May Decree of the President of Russia in 2018. Its goal is to create conditions for an annual increase in labor productivity in the country by five percent by 2024.

Earlier, the Governor of the Moscow Region, Andrey Vorobyov, said that the authorities of our region are ready to support entrepreneurs who decide to do business in the Moscow region. Such entrepreneurs can receive land free of charge or at significant discounts.
