Domodedovo-based glass company joins

DomGlass, a company based in Domodedovo, has joined the federal "Labor Productivity" project. A kickoff meeting was held at the facility, bringing together the company’s team and specialists from the Moscow Region’s Regional Competence Center (RCC). This was announced by the press service of the Moscow Region Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Science.

DomGlass has been engaged in industrial glass processing and custom manufacturing for over 25 years. The processing of flat laminated glass (triplex)—specifically involving drilling operations—was selected as the pilot workflow. RCC specialists, working alongside company staff, will analyze the production process and identify opportunities to boost efficiency.

The optimization aims to reduce the process cycle time by at least 10%, cut work-in-progress inventory by 5%, and increase workplace productivity by more than 10%.

Once the pilot project concludes, the experience gained will be applied to other production processes within the company. Expert support from the RCC and staff training are provided to project participants free of charge.

The federal "Labor Productivity" project is being implemented as part of the "Efficient and Competitive Economy" national project. To participate, companies must submit an application via the "Производительность.рф" (Productivity.rf) IT platform.
