Started accepting applications from the business community for support programs adopted in the face of external sanctions pressure

Dear colleagues!

In the current difficult conditions, it is especially important to create favorable conditions for business, implement import substitution projects, provide enterprises with the funds necessary for the life of a business in the current period, and modernize existing industries and infrastructure. Also, the issue of consolidation and effective use of the country's internal reserves (labor, intellectual, financial) is acute.

As you know, on January 21, 2020, the Association StekloSouz of Russia signed an Agreement on Cooperation with the organizers of the Regional Investment Projects Competition "Annual Public Award "Regions - Sustainable Development".

In order to solve current problems, the Association StekloSouz of Russia and the Organizing Committee of the Competition "Regions - Sustainable Development", as part of a joint corporate product, are launching a program for accepting applications from the business community aimed at re-profiling production, modernization, execution of contracts and replenishment of working capital.

“Import substitution in Russia should become the basis of the economy, the business implementing it will receive additional support measures, it is necessary to remove unnecessary administrative barriers for small businesses, to move away from raw material dependence even more,” commented Mikhail Mishustin, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

Program algorithms and project work allow participants to reach a higher level of document processing, get more loyal indicative conditions for project financing and ensure a transparent structure of verified counterparties, as well as achieve time savings of up to 30 days.

Work on projects is carried out in the "one stop shop" mode, taking into account all available measures of state support / state participation, with the involvement of development institutions of the federal and regional (if any) levels. An application for obtaining funding for the implementation of an investment project can be submitted online by mail: info@infra-konkurs.ru (copy of the application to the email address of the Association StekloSouz of Russia osipov@steklosouz.ru).

Applications are submitted on an annual basis. The procedure for selecting and considering applications for investment projects is carried out in accordance with the methodological recommendations specified in the presentation.
