Coordination of the draft schedule for the development of draft acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and federal executive bodies

The Association "StekloSouz" of Russia received a letter from the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia with a request to consider and agree on a draft schedule for the development of draft acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and federal executive authorities necessary for the implementation of the provisions of the Federal Law No. amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation "On Subsoil", Article 1 of the Federal Law "On Licensing of Certain Types of Activities" and invalidation of the Resolution of the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation "On the Procedure for Enactment of the Regulations on the Procedure for Licensing the Use of Subsoil" and certain provisions of legislative acts of the Russian Federation ".

Dear colleagues, in accordance with clause 57 of the Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 01.06.2004 No. 260, I ask you to consider and agree on the indicated draft schedule.
